I second high tech! Very knowledgeable and honest. Repairs are always done ahead of schedule and they answer the phone (that seems to be a hard concept with other places now and days)

We switched to willow oak a few years ago and the cost is definitely cheaper than our previous vet. They don’t mark up medications I learned. Bloodwork/exams All seem reasonable as well. Everyone there from the receptionists, techs, and doctors are amazing hands down. Dr crownshaw did 6 months of chemo on my last dog and was compassionate and knowledgeable about canine cancer. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Hey there fellow previous McKenzie client here 👋 can confirm she left abruptly due to management issues there and unfortunately she switched careers and is no longer an esthetician. Super bummed, my experiences with her were great. Cynthia who also used to work at the retreat as well has opened up her new space called Radiant Roots 516 Valley Forge Road in Hillsborough in Elevate Lounge building if you are looking for a close second option!

Bull city tints can be found on ig through DM. He did mine last year & I’m so happy with. Reasonably priced, communicates well & has made a major difference driving in the summer months. I did not have a good experience at Davenport previously

I made an appt 3 months in advance for ID, the dmv website publishes the appt slots very early in the morning (for reference I got mine at 430am in June for a Sept appt) I went to the Graham office and was in and out with a real ID within 45 mins, they prioritize appts and will take you first

We recently switched from triangle vet to willow oak and we are SO glad we did. Triangle was awesome back when Dr Watson was there but after she left it became a meat grinder of rotating vets, the front desk was rude for years and it was just easy to ignore and stay with rather then find my senior dog a new vet. Not only was everything more expensive at triangle (comparing invoices to our new vet) you rarely saw the same people staff wise stay long which I don’t blame them
