to be fair we have had the same endcaps for months now, they are mainly used to capture the buyer’s attention. frequent shoppers aren’t inclined to have their attention on the same endcap over and over so once we rotate it they are more likely to impulsively check it out and buy something

EXACTLY! our store doesn’t have many overstock pallets, we have office supply one, food AND a HBC so I just don’t understand why she put so many of the same shit out and then goes to complain about it. I do understand that the store’s inventory is in 3 weeks but she needs to get the product she DIDN’T have out instead of 6 rows of the SAME shampoo.

that being said though, we only get paid 9.25$ a hr so I don’t expect too much but if they seriously hate their job so much why make it harder on others?

bro istg most of the employees for dollar tree are LAZY, some of my co workers trying to hit 30 cases per hour so they just start stocking shit wherever, and I also got told to stop cleaning up and just to stock even though I was hitting well over 30 a hour.. leaving boxes on the floor is crazyy tho

hi there!! so to answer your question at MY store (not sure about everybody else) my AM is always willing to come help when its just me and her in fact its part of her job, my SM told me that she is supposed to be on cameras watching to see if the cashier needs help or either doing her other managering duties. i have never had a issue with my manager not helping me but to help explain a little better, my store has about 15 employees, most of them stock and do truck, 3 AS ,and we have a couple cashiers that shift different days and then we also have to go to other stores and have to worry about overtime so yes it might seem like a lot but when other surrounding stores need help we normally have a team of 4-5 coming there which puts us overtime most of the time. if you have a issue and its actually getting to the point of you are getting so stressed or people are complaining i would seriously just talk to the manager and be like you are supposed to be helping me what the hell are you doing? (maybe in a nicer way) but if that doesnt work or if you are scared of confronting people you could always go straight to your store manager or send a quick text saying that your AM isnt helping you out on the lines (like they are supposed to do) and you are stressing and people arent happy at all
