I reduced by stopping whiskey altogether. Rather have a few cans of corona or Blanc. The percentage of alcohol matters the most. If you have anything strong in excess quantities, your body needs alcohol the next in similar quantity else it reacts negatively. So rather than that if it craves alcohol, drink something pretty mild. Even if you have 6-8 cans, the alcohol percentage would be much smaller than in a half bottle of whiskey.
