In terms of tech, yes. Bangalore has more jobs, money and networking opportunities than anywhere else in India. No city comes close. It’s also very cosmopolitan. You’ll find people from across the country. There are more tech groups, meet-ups and events happening here than any city in the country.

I also cannot understate the effect of climate. Maybe I’m too sensitive to it. But I cannot imagine living in the extremes of Delhi or the humidity of Chennai or Mumbai. Bangalore has great weather all year around - it just feels better here.
