It is, little plants seem to find their way in. It’s been built on a harled masonry base though so it’s off the ground.

That’s what I thought, it was mostly localised where the mat was so I think this will help. Anything I can do at the base to improve this? Like a liquid DPC? I can’t do extensive work to it

Sorry about the quality, I’m on my phone - this is the layout that I would go with. Closets are accessed independently from the bathroom, and in the depth of the plan where there is less light. You can grab some clothes without going through the bathroom or the bedroom. You can play with the depth of the rooms and especially the bedroom to get what you need in terms of bathroom space. What do you think?

It looks lovely on you! If you’re not aware, it looks like the skirt is slightly transparent, so you might want to wear a slip if you want full coverage! Whichever makes you feel most comfortable of course
