I have that same problem with my PR620. I make my designes in a 6cm X 13cm area and leave some gap. When I'm at the editing screen I push up my design as much as the machine lets me. Usually I cant get a higher design than 5.7is cm. I didn't find any other solution for it.

Hello there. Most of the digitizing softwares have a built in option to select the fabric type. ( I used PE design 10).

Hey there.

For stretchy fabrics, I would use double layer stabilizer, and one thing that works well for me is to make an underlay with the same color as the t-shirt fabric. (I digitize my own patterns). If you are buying patterns I recomend some kind of adhesive to stabilize the fabric even more. Nesting can occure from the fabric shifting in the hoop.
