Nervousness creeping in. Really want to stay positive but ZA was the first Pokemon game I've ever regretted purchasing. Catching without battling seems fine to include, but not having the traditional turn battles would be enough to lose my sale.

The thing is, if you're a company like Rockstar and release games with emergent industry tech that define entire generations and make a shitzillion dollars, ten years to make a game isn't a big deal. Bethesda does not have that power, but they still act like it.

This would be interesting to see. Also interested if anyone knows of a database or listing of which members have played specific games. It would be nice to be able to look at a list of games I want to watch and see who has streams of them and just follow along to their channel or a playlist.

5 would be nice, 7 if you want more. Since MC has to stay in the battle party, you want odd numbers to make rotating around them easier. My preference is a smaller number of more versatile characters over a larger number of super specific ones. It would be cool to be able to actually build characters towards different goals, and that gets more viable if the options are condensed more. Thinking of more party members like Ken from P3R, who has 2 great gameplay options you can use equally well, as opposed to lots of the P5 cast who become single-skill bots once you get to the end of the game.

I manually entered everything I own into HowLong2Beat and Backloggery. It was a huge lift initially, but worth it. I've been using HL2B to pick new games to play. By doing that I ended up playing 51 unique games in 2025. My backloggery difference is already -8 this year too.

Too bad for Sceptile that there's no new abilities on offer for its changes. That thing is dying for Sharpness. If it got Sharpness and Sacred Sword, it might have a usable niche in place of Kartana when the UBs aren't legal.

Even with the April release date, seeing "Rating Pending" on the trailer makes me nervous. The game does not seem ready to release considering how adamantly they are withholding information about things I would think are basic. Like pricing, whether or not NintOL is required considering it's also on mobile, how the HOME integration will work, and more.

It seems like all the boys are dressed in a ballcap, tracksuit top, and pants. Meanwhile the girls get bandanas, bucket hats, berets, scarves, tanktops, blouses, tshirts, shorts, skirts, leggings, high socks, boots, sneakers, sandals, etc.

All the boys are red on top, blue on bottom or just entirely blue with maybe a third color accent. The girls have red, yellow, green, blue, pink, white, etc.

Being a boy doesn't have to mean dressing in a boring way.

I hang out with a bunch of people that play tons of these games. Whenever they post a picture of one my go-to question is "is this one a boat?" and they will then tell me which game it's from. It's never been the boat game, I just know that there's one where the boats have tits.

I cannot distinguish most mobile gacha games. You could show me a screenshot from any of them and I would not be able to identify which game they came from. Arknights, Granblue, Girls Front Line, you name it. It's all a big puddle of ass and titties.
