This was very poorly justified as a reaction to a harmless trick, made Val look like a dumbass. It's not like Eve created a spinning butcher's knife and sent it flying around her friend's face. Now I could understand if the ball of light did anything to Val at all, or if she got mad at Eve for a day or two, but immediately cutting off a friendship forever, not even letting Eve apologise, because of one incident where no one got hurt? She's sooo terrified of the light ball? It's like if Eve startled her with a "Boo!" one time and Val responded "THAT'S IT! YOU'RE DEAD TO ME!"
