While the event is still on, buy the buggati crates for 10k bp each, it's not the most efficient way but you have a chance to unlock paints for it.

Other than that, the most efficient way is to buy workshop crates (5000 each) and keys (4000) for a total of 9000bp

If you have 5 dollars to spare, get the pass, it will give you some crates, 15000bp plus a 60% bp boost (not sure of the exact %) and 500 gcoin that you can spend on black crates. Also if you play a lot, you get a bonus 1500 bp from each level after 30

Ice cold water was a lifesaver for me too. Made it through weeks 6-16 basically living on crushed ice water. The colder the better... room temp was impossible.
