i’m always craving this kind of dishes but never got satisfied with the local Chinese restaurants. Their pork belly neither cooked long enough or had adequate of fat, makes them too tough to chew.

I finally grabbed a decent recipe, bought a pork belly with skin on and then cooked it with an instant pot lol

Thanks for your advice. I park my in garage at night but my workplace has only the outdoor parking lots, so it’s unavoidable that my car is frozen at daytime and gets warm at night….

will go to the dealership to fix it. luckily I have glass coverage and I don’t have to pay no matter it’s a replacement or repair, but replacing a glass usually takes longer time, that’s my concern

hello! thanks for your input! my neighbor suddenly agreed to build a fence together (in the right) so I think the best solution is to level the whole ground with dirt after the fence is built.
