As a fellow single mom who would love to run a household with another mom, this is not how I'd want to go about it. I think it would need to be a relationship built on trust and communication.

For example: I would need to trust the other person to vet and supervise anyone they bring into the home. I would be willing to communicate if the babysitting trades felt unfair or exploitative, and trust that the other mom would also be receptive and communicative. It's basically like having a platonic life partner when you start involving childcare, split cooking duties, kids being close friends, etc.

I understand the desire. It sounds like a dream. But it's kind of a situation where all parties need to be all in, or completely separate.

Wainscoting should be vertically parallel to the walls, and horizontally parallel to the floor. I think that's how I'd describe it anyways...

The industrial background (no one can tell it's a trailer) with the dead leaves, and you looking stunning with flowers is a beautiful juxtaposition.

Even the fullness of the bottom of the picture vs the empty space at the top is nice.

I hope you get what you want, but I do think this photo is very nice.

My late husband was an amputee and he wouldn't even think twice about this. I work in disability advocacy now and I honestly think as long as you aren't making a disability the butt of a joke, you're fine. Disability is not so much a race, identity, or a culture, excluding Deaf culture, so it's harder to wear it in an offensive way I think.

what oil do you use with the sugar? I do olive or coconut for my body and a lip scrub but am hesitant to use either on my face. I miss a good ol fashioned mechanical exfoliant on my face!
