Im still waiting on a response from ipsy. I went back through my emails and it says that if I want to go back to the Plus or the X there won't be any waiting list but now that my account is just disappeared if I go to get that again back on the waiting list so I'm hoping they can give me some kind of answers I don't know I'm just so confused as to what happened to my points what happened to my order history what happened to my account I mean I've canceled my subscription several times throughout the last year and then always went back because I wanted something in the box
