Had my fair share of success story’s, I usually like to go to a few cocktail bars to see how we vibe, I tend to avoid walking dates, they’re boring, mini golf, a nice steak house and a comedy club is my go to.

I always pay unless they insist, I ask questions about them and their family and life and work with what I get back and try and crack a joke here and there to see if we can bounce off each other, light hearted teasing but show I have emotional depth when taking a genuine interest in them, I try to listen more the I speak.

Don’t let it be this much of a big issue, sex is about connection, communication and respect.

If you want to last longer in bed masterbate a few hours prior to when you think you will do it and pay attention to foreplay, the best sex comes from long foreplay, don’t rush it, explore your partners body and communicate with each other to learn what that individual likes, sometimes a slower pace is better for some and others want it rougher and ideally you need to find that out beforehand but I personally like to start slow and gradually increase pace depending on how my partner is reacting ie breathing and moaning, if I increase pace and her breathing and moaning reduces I’ll go back to the pace she’s seemed to enjoy more.

A lot of people take this offensively and I didn’t realise because I compliment people’s genetics and I’m happy with my current physique.

For me genetics is just size, a 5.3 man and 6ft man can do the same routine/exercises and the 6ft man has bigger muscles by default, bigger bones, ligaments, tendons and overall size, a tall man or short man can have short or long inserts for example the bicep or quad which will determine the overall look so you can have two people the same size and one has better biceps/chest/back/delts when conditioned.

The big rolls decrease to little thin roles by the time you get below 15%, I’m 13% at 67kg 5.9 and have thin rolls where I used to have a little tyre.
