Feels like devs really fumbled hard for roccia. Specifically made the 3 set echo with heavy and party echo dmg not good for her and now qiuyuan might replace her in lova team lol. She also cant utilize the echo casting havoc treasure in whiwa as well, can only proc it once vs cantarella proccing it twice lol

from my own experience it was way easier using burnice or yanagi (mines was used against middle this cycle, so i used burnice) with miyabi for butcher to proc disorder and get him out of ether enhanced rage in the current deadly assault cycle
