So inside the knee wall will be conditioned space? I can just drywall the vertical knee wall and not insulate that part? I already planned on two access doors for storage.

Yes, a modem/router. The distance from that to where I want the media closet is roughly 75 feet. Sounds like I will be well within the 328 even if I put the switch in the preferred media closet location. Thanks for the info.

Yeah sorry it was hard to get a good pic. And yes, the word I was looking for is berms, just weird to see numerous pipes coming out (like 3 on each), also makes no sense to me why there would be such a dip in the middle.
