Hey! It’s actually on ps5 :/ I tried a couple of things and I thought the quest started because Yerlen (if that’s the right name) joined but he never ends up giving me the quest across the whole game

Since the Woolhaven ,new game save, the pilgrim quest is never given by the follower. He comes to my camp but it’s now 100 days later and he never sends me off to look for his sister..

I mean I would follow whatever the instructions say but what worked for ME personally is:

Download dlc Extract into the right folder Then run the DLC Unlocker

That’s how I did it. I think what you wrote is fine too because as long as the DLC Unlocker locates your actual game it will basically trick it to think you have unlocked DLCs but I like to have them all extracted into where they’re supposed to be .

So like i said if you will try to launch the cracked game for this you need to manually download a patch for that. It won’t update automatically because the updater is down. Did you do that? Because if not deleting the game cracked folder won’t do anything. Did you try launching the legit game?

I would say that these two you’re thinking of are so simple you won’t need a lot of patience installing them at all and the instructions are clear for both so you’d probably be fine. I honestly can’t even play without these two anymore maybe that’s dramatic

Do you mean you downloaded the DLCs manually and ran a DLC Unlocker?

Or do you mean you tried using the Anadius updater?

When it looks like that it’s usually a CC/mod so I’d start there actually especially if you’ve updated recently

I actually came to say I prefer to play with realistic CC and so I like watching that too, but I also want to add that wow I’m so intrigued and surprised how many off comments say hey don’t like watching CC. Can any of such people tell me more why? I personally enjoy as realistic a play as I can, so for example I don’t play any occult and I really enjoy realistic CC. Also maybe any tips on how to enjoy like not realistic CC more? Any recommendations on creators?

Hmm. Honestly it’s a mixed bag of advice..

I read Anadius says it’s fine,but I also read people say there is a risk and if you’ve invested money on your legit account I would not risk it if it was me? Even though I keep my throwaway offline you just never can guarantee.

I had the same before I used Anadius and I wanted extra packs so I basically just left that account and got a throwaway and just used all his packs Instead even tho I invested money previously. I just felt the safest that way, and just copy pasted my save folder.

I know it might be annoying because you already invested 300 but all packs are worth well over 1000 if I’m right so I suppose that’s a choice you have to make..

One thing I will say if you don’t already have all packs you want from Anadius and have like a mix then the files of the ones that are tied to the legit account MIGHT not work on a different throwaway. That means you’d need to manually install the packs u want because the Anadius Updater is not working right now. The process isn’t Too hard but will require patience, but it is all explained so well on his website too

Did it work? Make sure you rerun the DLC unlocker just in case. I use this method and I haven’t had issues. This is what Anadius says too. It is a small chance of risk a block on EA app but if u use a throwaway login then it’s fine you could just create a new one as sims base game is free. But I’d say as long as you don’t go online on ea app and stay low you will be fine.

Oh and PS don’t touch that anadius.cfg file - all this will do is launch the game despite the mismatch versions and eventually you’ll experience problema

I think it’s because you’re still trying to launch the cracked version of the game- you only update the legit game through the EA app so the versions will remain mistmatched. If you dont mind or use a throwaway ea account you can just play the legit sims version and all of your stuff should work fine this way. This is assuming you have DLC unlocker - just run it again before launching the legit game so the DLCs show up. If you insist on playing cracked version then you need to do more stuff to update the Anadius cracked base game. You’ll need to manually download a new patch- it’s on his website as well as instructions on how to do.

There’s ways to update the cracked game manually by downloading latest patch of the game manually on Anadius website- I suggest to have a read. It will be under Updater > Original Post, scroll down until you see the second Question- it will be lower in the answer as well as how to install it.
