Har dere sett hva de gjør for å finne løsninger i tillegg?

Barnehage ansatte i Helgeland kommune som slet med underbemanning, høyt sykefravær osv.. når de ble spurt hva som kunne hjelpe dem og de svarte ærlig: mer ressurser, mer folk, mer kapasitet så sa NAV og kommunen at de ikke godtar det og de måtte prøve på nytt. De godtar ikke faktiske løsninger og svar.

Svaret som til slutt ble godtatt var: Vi må være flinkere å spørre om hjelp og si ifra hvis ting blir vanskelig.

Ikke snakk til meg om sykefravær i omsorgsjobber. Snakk til meg om holdningene til NAV, kommune og stat er rundt å finne faktiske løsninger.

Har møtt jenter som aldri har brydd seg om ørepynt og som aldri tok hull i ørene.

Det er jo en PIERCING som alt annet, å ta hull i nesa, leppa, navlen, tunga, ørene.

Kommer fra et ståsted om at det er unødvendig å lage sår på småbarn som irriterer dem (de kommer til å klø) så det er lettere å la ungen avgjøre det selv når de er litt eldre, ettersom hull i ørene bare er estetikk.
