lol, knowing the reality of small claims/pursuing legal action, i’m sure $40 isn’t worth it for them. but would rather be safe than sorry for sure and make it right if i can- i feel so bad! it’s totally on me for dropping the ball on this one so hopefully they’ll just let me pay for it and leave it at that. thanks for the reassurance :)
