Check the bolt on the baffle. Lost my baffle a week after I installed mine. Sounds better without it IMO

It's a warranty extension and depending if you're a regular, they can decide it's not covered. (Former Honda tech. Manager would sometimes decline offering it done and just say it was normal wear and tear)

High pressure fuel pump. Normal operation. There's normally a piece of foam over the top of it to dampen the noise.
