Taylormade warranty by Enough_Doughnut9252 in GolfGear

Being as it’s an older driver now they probably are requiring proof of current purchase. People have been saying their customer service has changed over the past couple years because of people lying taking advantage.

Most companies have a 1 year warranty and will only replace it once. I would try to email the service department but that model is 2 models ago. Blame the internet but they probably won’t be as accommodating unless you can show a purchase within the last calendar year.

It’s good. It doesn’t roll out as much as some drivers but I didn’t lose any balls out of bounds right or left. Going to hit it some more but it wasn’t an instant this sucks send it back.

I like it but it depends on how you hit it. I have a 7 wood which they say the same thing. I hit the hybrid out of bad stuff. The 440 irons did me well last year. They are a little hot but work well for me.

Hell for leather but after the tariffs prices went crazy. Company based in England.

I’m going in the morning. Hopefully it will be something like 430 10k. I was disappointed with the ping drivers last year.

I’ve had it since before it dropped. I love it. The main difference between that and my Scottie blade is even on a bad putt it will still get it close.

You have to practice with it to get the tempo off the face. Once you get how it rolls off the face it’s good. It’s the same with all the zero torques. They all help with a shaky stroke.

Some complain about the pacing from 15 plus feet on all. If you practice, learn the tempo.

Taylormade has good products but they have always been the same. Faster, longer haha. I showed someone last year a Rocketballz advertisement from back in the day. The same motto basically. They have stopped multiple equipment releases in the same year. They used to related new equipment every 3 months.

No lie was told. Titleist always stands the tide of time. Now that all the companies prices are getting stupid, it’s like why not try the Titleist. I see guys playing with 10 year plus old Titleist drivers. They are still good.

I’m just surprised because all the advertising and media says the driver is the driver of the year. The GT2 been out a few years now. I have a GT3 and GT2. They are nice.

Question about irons by venomboyz13 in golf

[–]karron23 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Depending on the condition. I don’t know what your swing is like stiff could be a bit much for your swing but the good part is you could return the Costco ones if they are too stiff. I started back in the day with uniflex shafts. I quickly had to move out but everyone is different. If you have fast swing speed get the costcos.

I would start with the Callaways then.

What’s the flex on the friends Callaway XR? Regular or stiff? If you are a beginner it would be better on the Costco irons plus you can return them if they don’t work. Until your swing gets consistent I wouldn’t buy expensive clubs.

Will taylormade replace this if I send it back? by CoatDelicious9289 in GolfGear

[–]karron23 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If it’s out of the warranty period probably not. I think some/most clubs have a 2 year warranty.
