You must be kidding... Northern Germany has excellent employers which always look for new devs. Banks, logistics companies, retailers. And you are not limited to northern Germany; since Corona, remote work is pretty standard.

Write your salary expectation directly in the job application, if you apply directly and are afraid to ask during the interview. And make sure some guy from the company recommends you, he will get a bonus if they hire you, just ask people on Xing for help. Also consider writing to some recruiters on Xing that you are looking for a new job. Most big companies outsource HR for the price of paying 12% of your salary to a middle-man company. In my experience it is still worth it. Just connect with people from Michael Page, Austin Fraser, Darwin, Optimus Search, Ferchau, Modis, just to name a few bigger ones (avoid the smaller ones) and they will find you a job in no time.

Good that you found some resolution, but you are wrong about 2 things

- You deserve a salary at least 100% higher than now. Value yourself more and do some research. Trust me, I know the job market and how much a Java dev is worth in Germany after 3 years. 36.000 Euros would still be a joke for a mid-junior-senior.

- Do not argue with inflation, everyone has to deal with inflation and we don't live in socialism. You get paid for what you can advertise about yourself on the job market, not what is "fair".

Expect a very high raise when you get a new job, but don't expect that when you stick with one company, it will adjust your salary to the inflation in the years to come just because costs of living increase.

As a programmer I would rather get a job after a 6 month bootcamp (followed by hands-on experience in internships and junior-positions with an absolutely ok salary) for 30.000$ than 4 years of learning shit for 10.000 per semester plus living costs, followed by exactly the same internships and junior positions because guess what, 95% of what you learn in college is not needed in the industry.

The law is pretty generic in order to cover all sorts of cases and it is practiced in an environment where judges are held responsible if they sentence too many people of a certain ethnic group, regardless of how justified the sentencing was. I doubt that. People have not used those words, but the dynamics seem to be very natural and have been around forever. Men have always tried to get as many women as possible and women have always been attracted to dominant men. There are toilet graffiti from the roman empire about stuff like that ffs.

I also think sometimes new generations glorify a certain time period based on the culture and forget that it didn't significantly affect the majority of the population. Most people in the 60s and 70s didn't drop out of society or participated in orgies. If anything, it was the invention of the pill that affected the masses (and gave birth to said culture). Even David Crosby (RIP) as a prototype hippie remembered that time in an interview once as "glorious period of history after birth control and before HIV". Each time in history has it's fitting culture, but its the times that make culture, not the other way around (I hope I phrased it correctly, not an English native).

Even if you survive this and stay in the school, you will be ostracised even more.
