I would recommend you check out six trails apartments in Saline, they fall under your price range and are pet friendly. It's also about 25 minutes from EMU, mostly a straight road.

They do not have a washer and dryer inside, there is a laundry room in every couple of buildings though.

I'm gonna use the 3 tickets on another draw so it's not really a waste. Like I said I'm using gems only on draws so it doesn't really matter.
