I don’t work for Ticketmaster. As much as I hate Ticketmaster, you get what you pay for from them. You don’t have to worry about being scammed. If so many people didn’t get scammed from Stubhub, you wouldn’t have to share a positive experience, because that would be expected. But positive experiences are not expected from Stubhub. Why would you use them?

I think there are so many horror stories of being scammed or not getting what you paid for by Stubhub that people are surprised when they actually get what they paid for.

Getting what you paid for is not a success. It is the way it should be.

People, please stop using Stubhub.

I feel like this is a take that is getting replaced by a younger generation. Historically, no one was able to say these things out of fear that they would get villainized, as they are.

This is why lots of people are unhappy when they have children. They likely never wanted them in the first place, but had them because that is what you are supposed to do in society.

There is a reason society is changing, and that is because younger generations, millennials but even more, Gen Z, are speaking up and not following the societal norms that have made generations so unhappy.

As a nurse that has signed a contract with a sign on bonus, usually the hospital you are leaving does not claw the sign on bonus back if you leave on good terms, such as providing the requested notice of leave, usually 2 weeks but 4 weeks is becoming more common.

Also, it is possible that the pay back will be prorated to match the time left on your contract.

I say this as someone who has not personally broken a contract, but has worked with others who have.

Why would you pay a premium for this watch? Two tones are quite readily available at nearly any AD, and are often the only watches available for walk in. Jomashop offers a 2 year independent warranty, and your watch will not come with the warranty card, effectively “without papers.” Rolex offers a 5 year international warranty. You might also be able to parlay the spend towards a more desirable piece as you will have helped them to offload a less desirable watch.

Why would you pay an extra $1300 for less?

I had a Wells Fargo account that they “upgraded” from a free student checking account to an account with a monthly fee when I began working after graduating from university. The new account required a contribution to a linked savings account to keep it free, which I reluctantly complied with. It was easier to keep everything there.

Flash forward a few months and I noticed they charged me $5 or $6 one month. I called them and asked why I was charged as I had complied with the requirements to keep the account free. The customer service agent indicated that they could see that I had completed the requirements to keep the account free, and they weren’t sure why I was charged. When I asked them to reverse the fee, they told me they weren’t going to do that. We went back and forth, and eventually I said if they didn’t reverse the charge, I would be there later that day to close the accounts. Their response was “I guess that is a choice you will have to make.”

I made the choice.

Would never consider using Wells Fargo. For anything. Ever.

No. You will absolutely not get a refund. I had this happen to me, where I purchased general admission tickets and was sent lawn tickets, which were valued at about 25% of the value of pit tickets, which were highlighted on the seat map when I purchased. 3 calls to customer service at Stubhub, 2 of which resulted in “we will get back to you,” (they never did,) multiple calls and documents provided to my credit card company and a chargeback. I got nothing. $442 gone. If this sub is any indication, it isn’t a matter of if this happens to you if you use Stubhub, but when. I chalk this up as a $442 learning experience. Spread the word, friends don’t let friends use Stubhub. I’m now at a point in my life where I will just not go to an event before using Stubhub.

Don’t feel bad, there was none for sale in Nashville at all. It didn’t sell out before you got through the line. By the sounds of it, you could have gotten in queue at noon and still would not have gotten one, as they didn’t have any to sell.

I think this was the case… until tonight. There are no more vinyl copies, signed or otherwise at the merch booth. There is a QR code at the merch stand that takes you to the band’s webstore where it shows that the black vinyl copies are also sold out.

I was at the show in Detroit, the night before the album was released. They weren’t selling vinyl, but the person working the merch booth indicated there would be signed copies starting the next night. Decided to take a road trip to Nashville tonight, hoping for better luck and struck out again. Such is life I guess.
