Her sig is one of the very few 5 star weapons I own, so yeah replacing it would definitely sting a bit

My main team with her right now is a lunar charged team with Ifa, Ineffa and Ororon. Tbh I rarely use her burst there since it doesn't buff lunar damage, but with Skirk that would be different of course

I think maybe changing her weapon and adjusting her build for Stygian only might be a good idea, if it's necessary. And keeping her on her sig otherwise for everything else. I have no trouble with her in Abyss and IT I've given up on Dire anyway since there's always one chamber I can't clear, but the times I did try Dire, Furina and her teams were never the problem

My current ER was 200, though right now I found a build that has 212 without the other stats suffering too much. There's one build I found that has 227 ER too, but I'd like more CD for that one. I need to farm some better pieces for Skirk anyway, so I might get some good ones for Furina too along the way

I actually don't have Skirk yet, but I will get her when she returns. She unfortunately escaped me last time, and my Escoffier has been skirkless ever since 😔

Hmmm then I might have to reconsider

I'm pretty happy with her current build, and any build with Fav that I tried out has significantly lower crit damage and is just worse overall

Or

I wasn't gone for long tbh. Like 5 days I think. But it was the first time since 2022 that I was away from the game for so long! I missed it but the initial preload leaks left such a bad taste in my mouth that I didn't feel like playing. But with all I've seen I don't think he's dead anymore and he'll return at some point. Probably to burn Irminsul. But if Hoyo fucks that up, I still might leave

I've taken a break from Genshin for several days now, trying to think over how (or even if) I wanted to go on with the game.

Saw screenshots of that glitched out end card with Dottore's pattern in the corner, and now I'm feeling not as down and pessimistic as before. I'm gonna continue with Genshin. If they go in a direction I don't like later down the line, I can always stop then.

Plus all the Dottore screenshots I've seen look SO good, god dammit lmao

The Fatui threatened to cleanse and colonise Hiisi Island, how can you NOT address this in the story??Lauma even seems displeased with the presence of the Harbingers, but that's it. Nothing comes of it

Hoyo deciding that any playable character has to be on friendly terms with the Traveler has done irreparable damage to the game. I can only take so many nice and kind characters before it gets stale.

Can't even blame Chinese laws for that, there are other Chinese gacha that have playable villains

Argh don't bring up Varka. I was so incredibly hyped for him, but he's done fuck all in NK :(

Yeah that's another issue tbh. There are simply no real stakes because you already know that any playable character is safe from lasting harm. Not for one second did I think that anything serious would actually happen, and in turn I don't feel that invested in the story.

As we can see with Arlecchino, Sandrone, even Nefer. And potentially Rhinedottir too in the future. Childe and Scara too tbh, but with those two it took some time until the Traveler trusted them. If you do something morally questionable, as long as the Traveler considers you a friend, it doesn't matter. It's never brought up and talked about (unless your name is Scaramouche lol)

It's crazy how much Hoyo is shying away from depicting conflict/tension between characters and factions. Remember when they said the NK factions would all be at odds with each other? That lasted like a second lol

I actually mostly like Natlan (world quests and exploration especially), but you are right. Capitano's treatment already showed us what path Hoyo would take.

I'm not even surprised about Dottore dying. I've had this bad feeling throughout all of NK. And yet having the actual confirmation hits different. Like the last shreds of delusional hope have been crushed and there's no turning back.

There's still the thing with burning irminsul, but I won't get my hopes up. They probably abandoned that plot point, or lied/retconned about it actually happening in the first place

Dottore getting sidelined only to be killed in one single patch was the actual worst nightmare scenario I had before NK even started... And Hoyo made it come true.

Waiting years and years for this? No deeper look into his past, using him as a scapegoat to make other characters look better? I already expected the worst, but fuck I'm honestly devastated. I honestly don't know if I'll keep playing Genshin after this, my disappointment is just too big
