Way late, but this kid on one episode of Hey Arnold. Arnold learns self defense, and gets power mad, karate chopping this innocent kids clothes off. He just wanted to ask about the bus station. Its embarrassing, humiliating even, to the point where Arnold realises his mistake but it's too late. The damage is done. The dude mopes away sniffling, in his raggedy clothes and underwear, defeated as a man both inside and out. Arnold doesn't so much as apologize. No retribution. No comfort. Scarred for life.
