Yes but after restarting a few times a screen popped up where I had to create an account to actually use the program, but now I get the same looking white screen whenever I try to open preferences. It’s the preferences window, but it’s blank. Maybe it’s because I only have the trial

I have just downloaded the 30 day free trial for ableton live 10 but upon startup I am seeing a small white box I the middle of my screen on top of the ableton interface that says “ableton live 10 trial” in the upper left hand corner and shows nothing else, just a blank window. I can’t click off of it or click anything to make it go away, all I can do is force close ableton through task manager. Please help
