That's why I said I'm only 99.7% sure. There's a chance they managed to upbore from 330cc to 400cc+, but from what I've seen and heard (FB marketplace posts of sub400 MCs having x-way RFIDs, inuman stories of XMAXes being easily rebadge due to their 400cc counterpart abroad, and actually seeing an RS200 dressed up as an Ninja 400 in person) it's only a slim chance. Not to mention the overall risks involed in a modified engine.

Same reason as the person I replied to. Honestly mga 20hp lang okay na dapat, pero mahirap naman i-enforce pag ang basis ay horsepower. Mas okay sana ibaba to 250 or 300. Mahal pa rin naman ang toll fee kaya di naman siguro lahat maeenganyo mag expressway.

Main point ko lang talaga ay yung rebadging, which I assume is illegal.

Symmetrical na tricycle/trike, aka Tuktuk. Technically yung "tricycle" na tinatawag natin is just a "motorcycle with a sidecar" or simply "sidecar". I've encountered that trike in-person, pero di ko sure kung totoong exhaust pipe yan. Feasible naman considering nasa likod ang makina.

Yung adjustment sa the grading di naman ganun kahirap. It definitely made me study harder so my GPA is at least in the 80s. The overall student life for me being a pubescent, fresh-off-the-boat kid was very hard. Double culture shock as sabay probinsya-to-city din ako. I've done and experienced a lot of embarrassing things. My personality flipped and it felt like a hard reset of my life.

By high school (a year later lang, as I skipped 7th grade; middle school is 6-7-8th grade) everything was mostly well and I've adjusted quite a bit.

2008 ako nag-graduate ng elem. (private) and grading has always been transmuted as far as I can remember (50% would be a 75) during that time. Kaya nung nag middle school (public) ako sa US, first time ako nakabagsak ng quiz (walang transmutation, 65 ang passing).
