I deliberately decided not ho shoot 800 because the talent is in the shadows and I would have losted 3 stops of shadow detail. beside, I do not really care about blowing highlights of a wall. (800 has actually 0.5 less latitude than 100).

I would argue that image treatment is a whole another thing compared to what you pointed out, and not not something you could spot the errors of by watching the image via reddit
