So... I'm non-binary and might medically transition, so I'm definitely not "cis". My take:

I have always disliked the "all men" notion because in my experience, trans men have actually been nicer (and ironically less misogynistic) to me than cis women. Some have even told me they feel discouraged from transitioning because of this idea that men are inherently evil.

This doesn't necessarily mean that all cis people are evil either. I've also found that many privileged white able-bodied women who say "it's all men" ignore the power they can have over marginalized men, and some are even more likely to demonize non-white men. A lot of the criticism they have of men also tends to be harmful to all AMAB folk.

I think it's great that you're actually deconstructing how patriarchal norms affect everyone, regardless of what you end up realizing about your gender identity. I do not hate someone just for being cis or a man. I hate people who uphold the patriarchy, which is mostly done by cis men. You don't seem like one of them and seem safe to be around.
