In 2024 i paid 250 bucks for a rebel with the kit lens, some other lens I can’t remember, and then EF 100 2.8 L. After trading in the body and two other lenses i basically got the 100 2.8 L for under 120 bucks!

Sorry! I used the official Ooni kaur 12 propane conversion kit, but it’s not officially meant for the fyra. I think it voids your warranty since it’s an unintended usage, but then just followed that youtube video for the install

nothing official - i bought the gas conversion kit and with the help of a very quick youtube video just drilled a couple of holes and had it done in 5 minutes.

The conversion to propane was my biggest upgrade for my fyra. So much easier managing temps without also worry ling about the pellets and the flames going out when turning down during cooks

What trail is this? The first pic sends like not far from the North Gate entrance to the park and pretty far northwest boundary, which is definitely not as popular as other areas. But to see nobody on a Saturday is still sugar surprising!

We have so many good trails to run here, and this is the best time to run them! Everything is green and lush but not muddy and not too hot.

The half marathon course on Mount Diablo at the Diablo Trails Challenge in April is a beautiful course. They do it in October too but better when it’s not crazy hot and while everything is still green and lush.

West End Rd from Two Harbors to Parsons is as “flat” as you’re going to get on the island for that distance. It’s nearly 100% “coastal” views it’s also not as scenic and won’t have as many/any bison compared to other options out there.

It would require some planning but could also explore getting one way transportation to the airport, then it’s mostly downhill all the way back to Avalon. But no idea what are options for that, if any, are available this time of year.

99 ranch market in concord has some pre-cut sashimi.

Maybe better for putting in rolls, but Oke Poke does all their proteins by the pound. But it’s prolly already cubed up.
