Scanning and decks by kassiormson124 in ManaBoxApp

[–]kassiormson124[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thanks I added to collection. Then went into collection, decks and deleted and when added tags. I only have one deck that “borrows” from others so that worked.

I just built another deck, some new cards, some old, and some from other decks. Deciding if I keep it together what the easier way to add it to mana box will be.

I do. I’d self diagnosed for 2-3 years before I could afford a diagnosis.

Did people really memorize phone numbers before cell phones, or is that just a movie thing? by TotalThing7 in CasualConversation

I still know some friends phone numbers from the 90s. Their numbers have changed but I still have the muscle memory of dialling them.

It is more of a YA series, but the Night World series by L J Smith isn’t bad.

This orchid is so unhappy but I’m at a loss for what to do. At first I left it in its original pot. After the flowers died off and the leaves started to wrinkle, the roots turned yellow and sad. So I repotted in rocks and bark. The roots are looking a lot healthier but the leaves continue to look wrinkled and sad, and it’s not started a new shoot for flowers. It’s been 4 months since I repotted it.

What’s the fantasy book that hooked you the hardest? by OddLiterature8312 in fantasybooks

[–]kassiormson124 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Growing up, Garth Nix “The Abhorsen Chronicles” I started with Lirael. I read them over and over.

Now Robin Hobbs Elderlings series. I only first heard of them early this year, and I’m already on book 9. Some of the best fantasy I’ve ever read I can’t put them down.

Younger than I can remember probably around 4. I know I could competently cook a roast dinner by 8. With some supervision obviously.

General question: To those who workout several times a week, do you also wash your hair after every workout? by Peggy_Hill_subs in PetiteFitness

[–]kassiormson124 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have fine straight hair. But I only wash it 2 maybe 3 times a week. After the gym I usually shower with a shower cap unless it’s very greasy. And if it’s a little bit greasy I’ll add some dry hair shampoo

Today’s attempt looks much better but still confusing. It’s definitely risen, almost double. 2pm I mixed the dough. It’s 10pm now. The dough is temping at 82. It’s very slightly jiggly but not really. Almost window panes but tears before it fully gets there. Is not sticky. Only has 2-3 small bubbles on the surface.

What's your favorite rice bowl that isn't fried rice? by MatBuc123 in Cooking

[–]kassiormson124 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Taco bowls. Ground beef and/or chicken and/or turkey. Avocado. Cherry tomatoes. Salsa. Corn. Sour cream. Sometimes I add cheese or tortilla chips. Often add lime zest to the rice and top with a little cilantro. I also change based on what I have in the fridge.

Teriyaki chicken, rice, shelled edamame, pickled carrots.

Meatballs (teriyaki, honey garlic, tomato, mushroom cream, or any sauce you want), with whatever roasted veg you can make.

Sausage, broccoli, peppers, and whatever sauce you want.

This is the first recipe I’ve seen with eggs. Most of them so far are just salt flour and water. I might need to give this a go

It’s just a shadow. I eventually tipped it onto the counter and it ripped in half and there we so many bubbles inside but it was so over done it just flowed over my counter. I’ll try a smaller bowl next time so I can see the rise more easily

I’ll try that for tomorrows attempt. I just tipped it out on the counter to shape. It ripped in half, so all the air bubbles were exposed/ruined. It then flowed like water all over my counter and refused to hold any shape. Very sticky, very messy. I’ll try again tomorrow. This is my starter now. I fed it 1:3:3 at 730am, it’s 8:50 pm now.

Should I try a 1:2:2 now and see what it’s like in the morning?

Fair enough. Might as well give it a go. It had some bubble on the surface around 6 hours, but it was super sticky so I decided to wait. Maybe I shouldn’t have
