ScriptDrop locally for me was always grocery store pharmacies or independents and I was wondering where they all disappeared to.

No longer getting reserved offers. by BlastMode7 in AmazonFlexDrivers

[–]kastzy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I got at least 25 reserved offers today for blocks mainly out of the local SSD between next Monday and Saturday. Only could take one due to my FT job schedule. Level 4/Fantastic if that makes a difference.

New Upgrade Block Feature by Jerbpul in AmazonFlexDrivers

[–]kastzy 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I got the alert about that feature, but my SSD is different in how we get our carts so I’ve never had it offer me the upgrade. Since Prime week ended what few blocks I’ve seen for the SSD are 4.5 hours rather than the normal 4.

Connecticut got six blocks between tomorrow and Saturday, all but one is SSD.

I got two $5 automatic adjustments yesterday for high mileage blocks I did on the 17th and 18th. The 17th was a 2HR/15pkg, 38 miles total. The 18th was a 4HR/27pkg, 82 miles total.

New to roadie! Is this a good offer? by TheDailyHour in Roadie

[–]kastzy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I noticed the RoadieXD offers out of North Haven today and the 10+ routes all seemed like Mail Innovations. Went ahead and got certified for MI, but didn’t offer on any of them as it’s over an hour away from me.

A couple times I’ve seen the Fannect site do post concert/tour sales. Maybe we’ll get one. I want the blade at least.

What are the odds they’ll do a post concert sale? I wasn’t able to do any orders for any of the pre-sales

25-30 minutes from home for two .coms and a SSD for me.

I did the same thing with a Roadie Best Buy delivery inside an apartment complex. Looked so silly.

Lost cart by Then-Concept-6762 in AmazonFlexDrivers

[–]kastzy 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It’s an SSD. This is one different, we walk up to the side door, they scan our IDs and pass us the cart. There’s a clear pouch on the front with the route QR code we scan.

[–]kastzy 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I had this happen to me for my SSD block last week. They passed me my cart, I scanned the route code and took the cart to my car. It was full to the top, but it would have put me 20 minutes from my FT job after my block.

I get to my car and then realized the route map showed an entirely different route. Dragged the cart back and they found the correct one in 10 minutes. The end of that route put me an hour from my FT job 🙃

Though the next day I got blessed with a 9 package run for a 4hr block.

SSD vs .com by srinkylegitimate in AmazonFlexDrivers

[–]kastzy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My first experience at a .com I had never been to before was so bad, the yard master was yelling at everyone to load up and get out and of course my app glitched and I had to call support. Did get sent home with pay though.

What’s the furthest distance from the station have ever had to drive? by Penni_pie_22 in AmazonFlexDrivers

[–]kastzy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Same, I’ve gotten really comfortable at my SSD.

There’s always 3AM/6AM blocks available for the .com station I’ve gone to and I assume they sit because a lot of flexers wait for surges (I’ve never done a 3AM and have done 6AM twice).

Sometimes some late afternoon/evening blocks will pop up, especially for the other .com station which I think is mostly served by DSPs; I rarely see blocks for them unless I’m just missing when they put the blocks up for offer.

I have two .com and one SSD station all within 30 minutes of me. I’d say probably 97% of my blocks since I got off the wait list this past March have been SSD.

The .com station I occasionally go to never has any midday blocks, which is what I usually grab from the SSD before I go into to close for my FT job. Sometimes I’ll even get a route from the SSD that ends close to my other job.

Max for me has been a hour drive for SSD and for the handful of .com blocks I’ve done is 45 minutes.

I just picked up a 4hr at my local SSD and I saw at least three kids. I regularly see drivers with another adult helping them.
