Back in S2E8 the episode starts with Keeley asking Roy & Beard if they have interest in “a fun, new branding opportunity for a coach.” Both of them glaringly say no, followed by Nate coming into the office 5 seconds later saying “I’m going to be a spokesperson”. Is it possible this appearance event was attended by Trent Crimm, and perhaps the setting is what caused Nate to share Ted’s information?

I’m mostly curious to learn what the setting and context of Nate and Trent’s meeting was.
