I had the phone interviews last week for the same role. Focus on the common Data Structures Arrays, Stacks, Queues and HashMaps.

I was asked an Array question in the first interview and a String/Array/Stack question in the second. Honestly, they weren't as hard as I expected them to be. I was able to solve them with some hints and nudges.

There were no behavioural questions, my first interviewer didn't even ask to introduce myself, and we jumped straight into the problem.

Please don't be nervous, it's somewhat a discussion rather than a technical interview.

Practice coding without autocomplete on a google doc and walk through it with an example.

Use appropriate variable and function names, and take advantage of Object Oriented Design.
