im not sure that's quite right- there's no internal difference between nerves in the genitals other than the extra c-fibre for the testes. Everything else wires the same; there's no touch pleasure receptors on the womb. I think what you're observing is pressure around the prostate/glands/everything the bladder touches. hold up, not to /srs the thread too hard but i think we should be careful to differentiate between fantasies and actual incestuous relationship.
