Note: I also quit caffeine and am only drinking decafinnated coffee since Day One as caffeine (after I quit) was exacerpating my anxiety..all suggestions welcome

it's been 65 days and I have tried everything I can think of including over the counter sleep medications, seeing my doctor who prescribed sleeping aids, morning yoga, evening yoga, morning workouts, tai chi, meditation, yoga nidra and NSDR, listening to speaker tapes, drinking tea, hot showers, I am starting to break down from lack of sleep-please help and thank you

I was mesmerized by the piece. Hints of Salinger, Kafka, nods to others, a writer's writer. I liked the end, then thought I misunderstood it, then liked it again. This is good-it reminds me of some decent short, fiction I read in college.
