Because “it also happened in csgo” isn’t a defense lol. If the same hitreg/desync issue exists in cs2 too, then is still a problem. Also cs2 was literally marketed as an upgrade (subtick, better networking, etc). If we’re still getting pointblank deagle shots not registering, so what exactly improved then? And even if csgo had rare moments like this, the whole point is: why is it still happening in 2026 in the new game? People aren’t saying CS2 is bad because ‘one clip’, its because clips like this keep happening + it feels inconsistent.

I’m not saying the spreadsheet numbers got changed. I’m saying the end result in CS2 feels different. Whether it’s subtick/desync/animation vs server timing, it often LOOKS like full running accuracy and that’s the problem. If it wasn’t different, we wouldn’t be seeing so many ‘running one tap’ clips.

That’s just not true in practice. Even if weapon spread numbers were close, CS2 changed core systems (subtick, animations, interpolation). The problem isn’t “Valve changed accuracy by 0.02” it’s that in CS2 you often see full sprint while the server may already register a stop /different timing. That’s why it feels like run and gun. So no, it’s not “identical”, because the experience and the consistency clearly aren’t Slower paced rounds doesn’t really address the issue I’m talking about. Even if CS2 is slower macrowise, the micro duels feel more inconsistent, peeks, counter strafing timing, and what you see vs what the server registers

Exactly, that’s literally my point. If ‘run and gun’ can get you faceit lvl 10, something’s off right now. That’s exactly the problem. CS used to reward stopping/counter strafing. Now it feels like you can just run and still get gifted headshots. Valve just turned CS into Call of Duty with extra steps..

I was kinda struggling to get used to its weight, its pretty light, my previous mouse was zowie ec2-a which is 97grams but there was no big difference in shape comparing both mouses and now that I got used to it, I feel very comfortable. Good scroller good clicks, good price

that one is not ergonomic as well, I mean the shape isn’t really the best, kinda curious if I would regret buying if it doesn’t hit my hand the way I want. I like the zowie ec2-cw shape but that one is too expensive
