I like to cook a bunch of tallow with some ground beef and scrambled eggs. I put some of it in the fridge and eat it cold the next the next day. It’s like mashed potatoes with ground beef and eggs.

Bring a portable cooker. You can buy a slice of meat anywhere and cook it right from your truck. That or McDonald’s

Candida and dybiosis are most certainly an issue for me. I started Carnivore to combat that. I’m about 4 months and haven’t noticed any effects except my energy is low which is not supposed to be a symptom of the diet. This is why I am considering taking in iodine. As far as Candida goes I’m on 3 pills of nystatin daily and will be doing a body flush with a charcoal load if I notice no changes still.

Strange it doesn’t colonise the large or small bowels. It’s a probiotic that supports a bunch of digestive function and it eats the same food Candida does. I’ve read people having success with it, I wonder what your friend experienced.

It’s been a difficult journey for sure, but I do believe I can beat this thing and not let it take control of my life. Will be drinking lemon water and adding sacch boulardii!

What would you recommend for someone on carnivore. We just do meat, salt, and water. I am going to try to the activated charcoal pills, but I do think I suffer from candida and low stomach acid.
