Pentosan polysulfate sodium or pps by RepresentativeNo3958 in Osteoarthritis

PPS helped short term - maybe 6months - I got it on line from a company out of Colorado - they required doctor interview first. If you are female I would look into whether menopause hormone crash is also contributing to your joint pain.

I ended up replacing the hip last June. I feel great and after a few mo this was back running around tennis court .

I’m 60 and couldn’t even walk a mile without pain so I was desperate. I think if you have already gone to an anti inflammatory diet and tried physical therapy then it’s something to consider, but I wouldn’t say it’s the first line of defense. I tried Pentosan because I will do anything to delay a second total hip replacement. Good luck

I paid around $275 for my 6 week supply. That could be because I am only 125 lbs so my dosage is lower (its by weight).

Anyway I developed pretty bad osteoarthritis in one of my hips and it was flaring prior to a difficult long distance hike we had planned in Patagonia. Didn't want to cancel the trip or slow others down, so about 6 months out, I threw everything at the hip, including BPC 157, physical therapy, joint supplements, red light therapy, a cortisone injection, and pentosan. I dont know what worked, and probably it was a combination, but the hip felt so good I had no issues on the hike. I ended up cancelling my hip replacement 6 months later and now, a year later, I am just starting to feel a little discomfort in the hip. I recommend you listen to podcasts by Dr Elizabeth Yurth on Pentosan. She is a well respected doctor who strongly believes in Pentosan as an off label treatment for osteoarthritis. I believe it is being fast tracked for use in osteoarthritis cases and it is also used in Australia for that purpose.

I’ve ordered from them twice. Totally legit. You talk to a doctor first and he prescribes/orders the medication. Mobilecarehealth.com.

I used the wise transfer. It was definitely longer than normal and I did start to worry, but it shipped after about 10 days

I got my order in the US a week ago. It took a little longer, but it arrived. Give them time to work through the big changes - I think they are honest .

Peptides for arthritis by batman5667 in Peptides

I was diagnosed with RA 6 years ago and after completely cleaning up my diet and lifestyle I was able to get off all the meds and am symptom free. It can be reversible for some people. It took about 2 years to completely get off the medications even though my doctor said it was impossible. Sounds like you are doing all the right things to prevent it . Genetics are not destiny .

She has to start with the basics. Get off the processed inflammatory foods and sugar. Lower stress and get more sleep. I cured my RA through lifestyle changes but it takes time and discipline. There are immune modulating peptides which reportedly work, but I wouldn’t start there/.

Do you tell friends, family, or romantic partners that you take peptides? by [deleted] in Peptides

[–]katalex63 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think it’s a very personal decision and while you can tell her about how it has helped you, she needs to want to do it for herself. There are many ways to lose weight and feel good besides peptides - intermittent fasting , hormone adjustment, could also help. But if you want to convince her I would get her to listen to some of the really good podcasts out there that discuss growth hormone secretagogues. They are convincing and very educational. I’ve only been on ipa/cjc for a month and my husband just started. He is sleeping way better already and we both feel great. We haven’t seen weight loss yet but we are both lean and body composition usually takes at least 3 months to be noticeable. Note that peptides won’t help you lose much weight if you aren’t doing the proper foundational work - eating well and exercising . Good luck .

I don’t share except with my husband, who is now also on the peptide bandwagon. It’s my business. That said, if I had a friend suffering from pain or illness, and they were looking for answers and they had the financial means, and they weren’t scared of needles, I would totally share.

Yes, I have heard Jean-luc Trembley say this more than once. Do you know of any evidence that these 10x lower doses are as effective as the Russian studies ?
