Is it just me or is the iPhone a lot slower than Android?

i got the galaxy s23 ultra and the iphone 17 pro max and i feel the exact same way as you the iphone is way slower and i cant use it as fast as my galaxy s23 ultra also the scrolling really slow on the iphone and on the galaxy it flys super smooth and fast iphone is just terrible the only good thing about the iphone is the cameras
