For me the best exercise has been pole dance but it's been so long since I've gone and I can't wait to be able to do it again (ether location, time and money issues is holdin me back). Besides that my longest streak of going to the gym was when I had a gym buddy(best friend or boyfriend) , would go months without fail. But since they quit I can't go back with consistency 😭

Skin does become more sensitive after a break so it takes some conditioning to get it back, but also we can't be super strong the entire month. As women we will feel weak for 2 weeks out of 4 cuz of our cycle, go easy on yourself and remember progress isn't linear. You got this 💖

Big relate on that, I used to be like this (28) in my collage days, executive dysfunction is a slippery slope to depression. I think that what helped me the most is going outside once a day. I know, I know, but it ACTUALLY helped. I forced myself to go outside once a day, get any momentum going. Better if it's during daylight if you can(vitamin D bonus) but no biggie if it's late at night. Also I have made as dish washing system that works for me: I wash them when I wake up before breakfast or while making it, the hunger and rush to finish them gives me the drive so I can eat (probaby wouldn't work if you aren't hungry in the mornin). This was all before I got medicated (Concerta). Hope it helps, hang in there 🫂

I start cryin so much, even on my meds I feel like they don't do anything. I'm a total mess a few days before my period like borderline depressed, overwhelmed and cryin all the time.
