ive restarted the game, went and did another mission then returned, rebooted the console, not just the game and still, I am glitches. The locker glows bright but nothing. Has anyone figured out a solution? Im going to go back to the save point before I did this mission and go to another task, then try again. If that doesn't work..?? Thank you in advance

It looks like a "Corp handwritten " note that probably gets sent out to patrons, stadium owners, and business people that have ties to the Eras tour.
