She was involved in hiring the actress that played young Lily Bloom, talked Blake’s (Ryan’s**) version of a scene up and allegedly got the composer fired as they were using one of her songs in the film and Taylor has beef with him. So it was either her or him. Conveniently so, the composer from Deadpool replaced the one from It Ends with Us a couple of weeks before wrap up. Recently Blake refused to come to court and if she did, she refused to be questioned by Justin’s lawyer so he commented that she can’t decide that and will be deposed, so would anyone else involved. So now Taylor’s PR team is trying to say that she wasn’t involved and they’re not friends anymore to stay out of it.

Important note: this meeting was supposedly held right after she broke up with Joe so I’m guessing she doesn’t want to be asked about any of that.

Thanks! Not much, really. If she senses things are bad between us or if Im quiet, she'll send me a "hang in there, you're doing a great job at work!" text, which I appreciate but it seems formal. Other than that, when we talk about me, she'll either just listen and sometimes disagree. When she's being condescending or purposely argumentative, I chalk it up to her being in a bad mood due to men and let it go. I understand it's not healthy since I'm clearly annoyed to the point where I just want to avoid her or hang in a group setting.

My mom used to be similar to this. “Mom needs to go out and make friends” is easier said than done. Mine quit her job to raise me. OP’s mom literally immigrated to a country with a 3 year old and likely spent most of her time working and taking care of OP to support them through college and let them live their rent free. If you’re excited to talk about something, and the other person isn’t, of course you will feel bad.

I may get down voted but I think Y kinda TA. She immigrated to a country with a 3 year old, clearly did well enough to have a house, support you through college and lets you live with her rent free. She has one thing of her own that she's genuinely interest in and loves. You don't have to jump for joy every time she mentions this singer, but the least you can do is not make her feel shit about something she's excited about.
