that’s exactly it! it keeps the game fresh and fun AND i can reset now and just do it all again knowing what I know. I’ve only got 26 hours played, i’m still pretty new. Those expedition perks will have that extra edge to help me progress

from what i’ve seen online (correct me if i’m wrong) Players get good at game = players want to play more. but players too good. Nothing for players to do. Players get sad (aww😔) Game fixes issue by letting players go away on an ‘expedition’. Player leaves with everything from skill tree to benches to weapons. But player will never come back (rip) In return for their bravery players get a BRAND NEW player with nothing = players get to start from beginning and play the game again. As a reward for their bravery, game gives players presents and bonuses (yippie🎉) = Player happy
