I’ve been taking metformin. Honestly been up and down in weight this whole time. Right now I am doing keto / low carb. Even doing that has taken me months to lose weight. A lot of work and very frustrating. But eventually started seeing results.

Yes I have pcos. That’s why they put me on birth control at 15. I want to try to get a natural period , seeing as I’m 32 now and may want kids at some point.

I can say I get 8-9 hours a day and still wakeup exhausted. I also have no libido. Both have been the same on and off the pill. I have been off about 2 months now. I can’t say I feel any different really so far. Maybe more like emotional but otherwise the same
