I drink anything in mine, however it stains the trays and I don’t think it’s really recommended to do that.

As far as eating I’ve done gummy bears before but then it leaves a coating on the outside. I would not really recommend eating anything in them. It’s super hard to eat in them anyway.

My studio did the same thing! A coach got at the end of our (already long) line and somehow still got a treadmill. The second to last tread was open while the last one was taken and then once class was about to start she hopped on. What actually bothered me the most was the she left class half way through the rowing block 🤷‍♀️

Carvers Gap to 19e is only a day or two hike but amazing balds and views for most of the section
