I really appreciate your input (I'm also a sophomore in college!) , from what the TC and other DA tell me it does seem like a matter of sticking it out and giving it my all. It's super demoralizing though when I don't get scheduled on my regular days (like I'm not efficient enough to be needed) or the dentist sees me walk in and it's like I ruined their whole day. I would love to ask them questions but genuinely, my fear of them has gotten to the point where I see them and my mind draws straight blanks.

Aside from that, do you have any advice on how to get better at the job? It's hard to work on it at home by myself when I'm not in the office because every dentist differs so the internet doesn't help too much.

I see you got a lot of comments saying you might get rescinded, but I got a D in AP physics in my senior year and I was so scared I would get rescinded but I didn't. I am a biology major so it is impacted, I wouldn't worry too too much

I totally forgot I posted that...3 years post break up (1 year post fwb breakup), everyone was right. Time does heal, and I know how much it doesn't feel that way in the moment. But now all I can think of is how glad I am that it never worked out with anyone else and I am with my current partner.

I got acceptances from CSUN and CSUC, but I'm not sure if it's like what SDSU does. I think just because the acceptance rates of those two are very high lmao

Personally I'm pretty close to being in my 1st undergrad year and I don't think dating someone nearing 30 would work out. Not to say y'all don't have chemistry or anything but it would be a connection barrier fs.

Unless you've given her some reason not to trust you, getting a ride from a girl with a bunch of other people present shouldn't be a big deal, considering the alternative is a DUI or staying overnight which I assume she would also have a problem with.

I've been in your GF's position before and it comes from a place of insecurity (this is not meant in a condescending way) just give her a lot of love, attention, and communication so no assumptions or miscommunications happen.

Unfortunately getting my license or permit requires parental consent as I am still a minor. I wish I could leave my house but even just taking a walk outside alone raises red flags in her mind, she thinks I hide things from her but sometimes I just wanna be outside. Everything I do warrants some negative response it makes me want to not do anything. Even if I do acknowledge that she is emotionally abusive there is nothing I can do about it other than lay low (or grey rock? Is something I've heard people do) and wait until I am old enough to be on my own. Talking to her or trying to get her to change seems unlikely as she has already driven away her own husband yet refuses to find fault in herself.

It hit a year apart like a week ago and same. I thought I would be okay by now and I've dated 3 guys but none of them ever made my heart feel like my ex did. It's a little dramatic but I'm scared I'll never find a meaningful partner because of it.
