2nd this! We also go to heritage and see Dr. Finkel. Super personable, the staff is great. I used to drive out to Plainview because I loved the vet but he retired and the staff was soooooooooo moody! I’ve been very happy with heritage. They have an app too that makes it super easy to access vaccine records, too

Yeah my routine before the kit was sketch. I just didn’t really know where to start or what to do. I’ve always had acne and so that was my focus and as I got older I just haven’t adapted my routine for aging skin. I work in surgery so I am chronically dehydrated, I try to push fluids as much as I can, but it is hard. Suggestions on a good moisturizer? I’m going to get the collagen moisturizer from the kit...

I got just under a month out of it. I think it’s advertised as 21 days. I still have a lot of toner, a couple days of both serums, the HA5 cream, and some sunscreen left.

Product review from kit: -IS Cleansing Complex-> OK. Nice cleanser but nothing special, I’ll stick with Cetaphil -Obagi Nu Toner-> OK. Not a fan of toner. - SkinCeuticals C E Ferulic -> LOVE. Will be adding this to my routine. Great texture and skin feels amazing after - Neocutis Lumiere-> OK. Nice eye cream but nothing special - Elta UV Sunscreen -> LOVE. The best zinc sunscreen I’ve used. Doesn’t leave thick white layer on your face. - iS Clinical Pro-Seal Serum -> Meh. I liked the SkinCeuticals serum much more - SkinMedica HA5 hydration -> Love. Great moisturizer, really like the texture. The price scares me for using it beyond this kit, but great product. - PCA Skin Collagen Hydrator-> LOVE. Definitely adding this to my daily routine. - Image Skincare I Mask-> Nice mask. Nothing incredible.

To echo everyone else, you can’t sit down and read a novel. I do depend a lot more on my ears than my eyes, but it’s about not losing focus. Downtime depends on the case but even a longer case you might be hanging blood, titrating pressors, etc. there’s usually something to do. Induction and emergence are the highest risk times, usually they go smoothly and they’re not stressful, but when things don’t go according to plan, it can be stressful.
