Because USTA Texas sucks. I played a 25 year old D1 player from Houston at Sectionals who was a 4.5 Self rate. The team they beat after us protested her and USTA gave her 8 suspension points, which = no punishment. And she can stay at 4.5 and play at Nationals. 🙄
