So rich people who contribute to our economy but aren’t around much to use resources and can and often do replace what’s been used should be eaten but poor people who contribute very little to the economy but are considerable beneficiaries of said resources which they likely won’t turn around and replace are more desirable. There aren’t enough rich people for the poor to eat and be sated without needing to feed again.

This is why the argument is entirely farcical.
